Those Emails That Stopped Me From Going All Swirly

  1. I read your Huffington Post article and I finally feel like I have someone who understands EXACTLT what I’m going through (down to the untidy apartment). I cannot begin to tell you how relieved I feel. I used to think that perhaps I was a narcissist because nobody who has such a nice life like mine at 27 should be depressed about anything, so I would go out and be the expectation of others. Your piece was freeing for me. thank you so so much

    1. I’m so glad I could help! Mental health does not discriminate when it comes to circumstance, wealth, or anything else. I’m happy it was something you could relate to ❤
